By making a purchase from the MyDreamWorldMC Store, you agree to the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not make a purchase.

  1. General

All purchases made through the MyDreamWorldMC Store are voluntary contributions that support the development, maintenance, and operation of the server. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

MyDreamWorldMC reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice.

  1. No Refund Policy

All sales are final.

Due to the digital nature of virtual goods, services, ranks, cosmetics, crate keys, and other server-related purchases, refunds will not be provided under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Accidental purchases
  • Lack of use
  • Server resets
  • Account issues
  • Bans or suspensions
  • Changes to gameplay or server features
  • Dissatisfaction with a purchase

By purchasing from our store, you expressly waive any right to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes.

  1. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback, payment dispute, or unauthorized payment reversal will result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of access to MyDreamWorldMC services.

We reserve the right to pursue recovery of any fees, losses, or costs incurred due to fraudulent payment disputes.

  1. Compliance with Server Rules

All players are required to follow the server rules at all times.

Purchasing ranks, cosmetics, perks, or any other store item does not exempt you from server rules, moderation decisions, or punishments.

If a player is found violating server rules, staff reserves the right to:

  • Remove purchased items or perks
  • Suspend access to purchased benefits
  • Temporarily suspend accounts
  • Permanently ban accounts

No refunds will be provided for any punishments resulting from rule violations.

  1. Abuse of Store Items

MyDreamWorldMC reserves the right to remove, modify, disable, or revoke any purchased item, cosmetic, rank, perk, or benefit if it is determined that:

  • The item is being abused
  • The item is causing server instability
  • The item is being used to exploit gameplay
  • The item is being used to harass or negatively impact other players
  • The item was obtained through fraudulent means

Any such action may be taken without refund.

  1. Virtual Items and Server Changes

All store purchases grant access to virtual items and benefits within MyDreamWorldMC only.

Virtual items have no real-world monetary value and may not be exchanged for cash or other compensation.

MyDreamWorldMC reserves the right to:

  • Modify server features
  • Rebalance gameplay
  • Adjust ranks and perks
  • Change cosmetic appearances
  • Remove outdated content
  • Perform world resets when necessary

These changes do not qualify for refunds.

  1. Account Responsibility

Players are responsible for maintaining the security of their Minecraft account.

MyDreamWorldMC is not responsible for:

  • Shared accounts
  • Stolen accounts
  • Lost account access
  • Purchases made by unauthorized users

Items will only be delivered to the account specified during checkout.

  1. EULA Compliance

MyDreamWorldMC strives to comply with Mojang's Minecraft Commercial Usage Guidelines and Minecraft End User License Agreement (EULA).

Any purchased item, rank, cosmetic, perk, or benefit may be modified or removed if required to maintain EULA compliance.

  1. Delivery

Most purchases are delivered automatically. In rare circumstances, delivery may be delayed due to server maintenance, technical issues, or payment verification.

If your purchase has not been delivered within a reasonable period, please contact server staff through our Discord.

  1. Limitation of Liability

MyDreamWorldMC, its owners, staff members, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any loss, damages, account issues, server downtime, data loss, or interruptions resulting from the use of the server or store.

All purchases are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
